This covers a thorough inspection of the property to identify the species involved, locate entry points, and evaluate any wildlife damage or conditions that may be allowing animals access. During the inspection we may check areas such as the attic, crawlspace, roofline, vents, soffits, and foundation.
After the assessment we provide recommendations and an estimate for any removal, exclusion, or repair work if needed.
Please note that bat assessments require a much more detailed inspection of rooflines, vents, soffits, fascia, and other small structural gaps where bats may enter. Because of the additional time involved, bat assessments start at $125. However, if you move forward with bat exclusion services through Nuisance Wildlife Control, the assessment fee will be credited toward the final invoice.
